Q. When will my order arrive?
A: Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days after purchase.
A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided once the order has been shipped. Orders are dispatched from our nearest warehouse based on your location.
Here are estimated delivery times based on current shipping schedules:
- USA, Canada: 7 - 10 business days
- UK, Europe: 7 - 15 business days

Delivery times may vary due to peak shipping periods, public holidays, or COVID-19-related delays.
Q. Has my order been shipped yet?
A: Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please check your SPAM/Junk folder in case the email ended up there. If you cannot find your shipping email or accidentally deleted it, please contact us at info@inanky.com, and we will provide real-time updates on your order status.
Q. My item arrived damaged or broken. What can I do?
A: First of all, we sincerely apologize if this has happened. To help us resolve the issue, please take photos of the damaged item and send them to us at info@inanky.com. Once we receive them, our team will take immediate action.
Please note that we must be notified within 48 hours of the package's arrival. We are not responsible for packaging damage, as it is the courier’s responsibility to handle packages carefully. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
Q. I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?
A: When you order multiple items at once, they may be shipped separately because our products are dispatched from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the others. So don’t worry if all your items don’t arrive at the same time—you will receive them!
Q. I need to cancel or change my order. How do I do that?
A: We always do our best to cancel your order, but if it has already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.
If you need to modify your order, such as changing the style, size, or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the changes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, we can no longer modify it, but you are always welcome to return it if needed.
Q. Can I get a refund or return an item?
A: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, including the original box, packaging, and all accessories.
