Refund Policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS, THERE ARE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNS.

Returns & Refunds

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days of the order date. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all the correct parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when it arrived.
  • Normal handling of the product is evident; if the product shows breakage or damage due to careless handling, we will refuse the return.
  • Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process.
  • The product must be defective immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer shipping costs and/or administrative fees (€21.78 per item). We also have the right to refuse the return if the customer cannot provide a valid reason or if it does not meet the above points (1-4) and/or the return days have passed, including late deliveries by delivery services.

A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within this period. Once your return is processed, the payment for your product will be refunded within 30 days to the same payment method used during the purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged beyond our control.

Please note that we are not responsible for cases where the 14-day return period has passed due to delays in delivery services or lengthy customs procedures. In some cases, we may consider exceptions and can review them within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us for more details.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Send an email to: info@inanky.com
  2. Ensure the email includes the following:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return request
    • Photo of the product in case of breakage
    • First name + Last name
    • Address details

We will then contact you and provide the return address.

Never send the return to the sender; we will provide you with the correct address once you request it. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product and for sending it to the wrong address.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of Cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, receives the last item.

Because we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, and a refund is not possible once the order is processed, shipped, and/or received.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us (inanky.com) via a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to cancel this contract. The cancellation is complete once we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are at the buyer's expense.

Transit Times for Shipments

Because our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times that are beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us.

Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure the quickest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, except for delivery costs (unless you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we received your cancellation notice and the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. In no event will you be charged for this refund.

Has your order not yet been processed?

If your order has not been processed yet, it is possible to cancel it. However, please note that our automated system does not allow cancellations immediately after the order is placed. If your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it for an administrative fee of €18.00 excluding VAT (€21.78 including VAT).

Warranty

You only have a warranty on the product if it is stated on our website that the product includes a warranty. Warranties for certain products fall under the responsibility of the manufacturer, not inanky.com. For any issues after several weeks/months/years, we refer you to the manufacturer for warranty handling.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible; however, the original item must be returned at your own cost, and then you can place a new order. After the returned item is received, the amount will be refunded. A new order must be paid for separately.

ALL RETURNS ARE AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE AND MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
